These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Deal to Delivery marketing website at dealtodelivery.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Use of the Deal to Delivery product itself (including any dealership-facing application, dashboard, or integration) is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement between Hoodo and the customer dealership.

Deal to Delivery is a product of Hoodo, a private company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site, gain unauthorized access to its systems, or use it in any way that could damage or disable it.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, product mockups, and the underlying code, is owned by Hoodo or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our written permission.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Site.
